Appointment Payment, Cancelation & Refund Policy Statement
Thank you for visiting the Separating Together web site. Please review the following Payment and Cancelation Policy for orientation meetings scheduled with a participating attorney.
Payment is required at your scheduled appointment. The attorneys accept the following forms of payment: personal check, cash, money order, and cashier’s check. Some attorneys accept payment by credit card. If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact the attorney with whom you will be meeting to confirm that they accept credit card payments.
We have a liberal cancelation and refund policy. However, we do ask that if you need to cancel an appointment that you do so as soon as possible. You may cancel your appointment using our online scheduling system.
For cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting and for missed appointments that have not been rescheduled, there will be a charge of $75.00.
